Christmas Golden Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Name

The campaign is titled "Christmas Golden Ticket Regarde Le Ciel."

2. Organizer

This campaign is organized by Sherperex SL - Regarde Le Ciel.

3. Campaign Duration

The campaign will run from December 16 to December 24, 2024 (inclusive).

4. Eligibility

• All customers who purchase a Regarde Le Ciel product during the campaign period are eligible to participate.
• No minimum purchase value is required.
• The campaign is valid for all countries where Regarde Le Ciel ships.

5. Mechanics

• During the campaign period, three Golden Tickets will be randomly included in orders.
• Customers who find a Golden Ticket in their order must email shop@regardeleciel.com with:
• Order number.
• A photo of the Golden Ticket they have received.
• Customer will receive a coupon on the 6th January worth €120, and will be valid until 31 January 2024, to redeem on Regarde Le Ciel’s website. 

6. Prize Details

• The prize is a voucher worth €120, redeemable for a pair of shoes available on Regarde Le Ciel's website.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused value will be forfeited.

7. Returns and Prize Eligibility

• Customers who return their original purchase are not eligible to claim or retain the prize.
• If a customer claims the prize and subsequently returns their purchase, the prize will be considered forfeited, and the €120 voucher will be deactivated.
• This condition is to ensure that only customers who retain their original purchase are eligible for the campaign rewards.

8. Data Collection

• By participating in the campaign, customers consent to providing their details for prize validation and processing.
• Personal data will be handled in compliance with GDPR regulations and will not be shared with third parties unless required for the administration of the campaign.

9. Disclaimer

• Regarde Le Ciel is not responsible for any technical errors, shipping issues, or loss of Golden Tickets during delivery.
• The Golden Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be duplicated.

10. Acceptance of Terms
    By participating in the campaign, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions in full.
11. Miscellaneous

• Regarde Le Ciel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice in cases of unforeseen circumstances.
• Any disputes related to the campaign will be resolved at the sole discretion of Regarde Le Ciel.
