Return & Refund Policy

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You can return or exchange your items purchased online within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product and packaging must be returned to us in unchanged condition.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Please use the return label provided by Regarde Le Ciel. If you use your own return label or any other provider that is not offered by Regarde Le Ciel, we will not be able to cover that cost.

Items bought at a retailer can only be returned to the same retailer as the product was bought from. Items bought on our website can not be returned to any retailer.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned to us unworn and in the same condition you received them.

A refund will be issued by way of your original payment method. We aim to refund within 7 working days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

The refund is issued in the same way as the initial order was placed. We cannot change the method of refund. 

I BOUGHT SOMETHING FROM OUTLET BUT I WANT TO RETURN IT. CAN I STILL DO IT?

Unfortunately all outlet models are final sale and cannot be returned.

WHAT IF I RETURN AN ORDER THAT WAS PAID FOR WITH A GIFT CARD?

You can return an order that was paid for with a gift card, however the refunded amount will go back to the original gift card. 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED?

If you received a damaged product, please send an image to shop@regardeleciel.com. Our team will assess and replace the product with a new product.

CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE AT YOUR SHOWROOM?

You can return your items purchased online at our Showroom in Barcelona. Returns at our showroom are free and the return period is 15 days.

RESPONSABILITY OF A RETURN OR EXCHANGE PACKAGE

The responsibility of a return or exchange package package is that of the customer until the package has been received by Regarde Le Ciel.
