WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Orders are shipped from our main warehouse located in the Netherlands. However some of the orders can be shipped from Barcelona, Spain depending on stock availability.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays.

Orders are shipped worldwide.

DO YOU SHIP ORDERS ON THE WEEKEND?

We do not ship orders on the weekend.

MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET, CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

If your order has been placed within the last 24 hours, you can send an email to shop@regardeleciel.com. Our customer service team will help you adjust the order.

If your order has been placed more than 24 hours ago, you can send an email to shop@regardeleciel.com. Our customer service team will help you adjust the order. For orders placed more than 24 hours ago we cannot guarantee the possibility of modifying your order. It is possible your order has already been shipped.

If a modification is not possible, you can return your order and we will then process the modification for you.

MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has been placed within the last 24 hours, you can send an email to shop@regardeleciel.com. Our customer service team will cancel your order and proceed to a refund.

If your order has been placed more than 24 hours ago, you can send an email to shop@regardeleciel.com. For orders placed more than 24 hours ago we cannot guarantee the cancelling of your order. It is possible your order has already been shipped.

If a cancelation is not possible, you can return your order and we will then proceed to a refund. However, please note that the shipping costs will not be refunded.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

We do not ship to PO boxes.

WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?

All packages are sent with UPS Standard or DHL Express.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, the asigned carrier will send an email with the tracking information.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPMENT TAKE?

Orders with delivery to Spain take 2-3 business days.
Orders with delivery to Europe take 3-5 business days.
International delivery takes a maximum of 6 to 7 business days.

In case of pre-order models the delivery date is indicated on the product page.

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAX?

Countries in the European Union, no duties and taxes will apply.

International shipments outside the European Union, may apply duties and taxes on your shipment. You will be responsible for these charges.

Regarde Le Ciel has no control over these charges.

HOW WILL BREXIT INFLUENCE MY PURCHASE WHEN ORDERING TO THE UK?

Due to Brexit your shipping experience with us may change. As we are located in Barcelona Spain, you might be charged duties or VAT for your order upon arrival.

For orders up to 135 GBP no duties will apply.

For order over 135 GBP duties and tax may apply.

Regarde Le Ciel has no control over these charges.

Transit time is 3-5 business days.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN YOUR BARCELONA SHOWROOM?

You can choose to pick up your order at our showroom in Barcelona.

Our address is the following: Calle Sardenya 204-204, 08013, Barcelona.

In order to pick up an order, send an email to shop@regardeleciel.com to arrange a pick up date and time.

Pick up can be done 24 hours after completing the order.

I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST. WHAT DO I DO?

If you have an issue with a package once it has been sent out, you can contact DHL with the tracking information.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Due to circumstances outside of our control, DHL may experience delays. We kindly ask you to be patient.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

We only offer gift wrapping during the holiday season.


During the remaining year we are happy to include a gift message with your order.

ABSENT DURING DELIVERY

All deliveries must be signed on arrival by the recipient. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, DHL will attempt a second delivery the following business day.
