Our commitment to quality begins with sourcing leather from reliable suppliers who are Leather Working Group (LWG) certified with gold rating. We prioritize naturally tanned leathers, ensuring not only exceptional durability but minimizing environmental impact.

LEATHER - NATURALLY TANNED LEATHER

Our leather is sourced as a by-product of the meat industry before undergoing a meticulous tanning process to achieve the perfect balance of suppleness and strength. Whether it's cowhide, goat, or sheep leather, each rawhide is carefully treated to meet our stringent standards.

For products with a reptile effect, we use cow leather that is embossed and printed to mimic exotic skins, offering a luxurious aesthetic and unique texture.

CHROME-FREE

Chrome-free refers to the absence of chromium in the tanning process of leather. Traditionally, chromium salts are used in leather tanning to stabilize the material and make it more durable. However, chrome tanning causes negative environmental impacts, such as the pollution of water sources with its toxic chemicals.

We're committed to exploring chrome-free alternatives in our production process, aligning with our goal of minimizing environmental impact and prioritizing sustainability.

REMOVABLE INSOLE AND EVA INSTANT MEMORY FOAM INSOLE

In our pursuit of comfort and versatility, many of our lasts (foot moulds) are designed with removable insoles. This feature not only allows for easy customization with orthopaedic insoles but also ensures maximum comfort with our instant foam memory insole, made from EVA. This material
is known for its lightweight and flexible properties, providing unparalleled cushioning with every step.

RUBBER SOLES

Safety and durability are paramount in our designs. That's why we incorporate rubber soles into many of our products, providing superior traction on various surfaces, even in wet conditions. Before production, each sole undergoes rigorous testing to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
