The Artists Journey
Born and raised in Barcelona, Isa has always been drawn to the world of graphic design and illustration. But her artistic voice truly came to life with the creation of Muchacha Pinta, a project that began in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic as a way to stay connected and share her creativity with the world.
For Isa, inspiration is everywhere - in the streets of her city, a book cover, a conversation, or the quiet rhythm of nature. She believes that art is about observing, simplifying, and distilling the essence of an idea into something visually striking yet universally understood.
Her passion for murals and storefront interventions stems from the idea that art should exist beyond galleries and screens - it should be woven into daily life, offering moments of joy, curiosity, and inspiration to anyone who passes by.
“I truly believe that inspirations is found in the little things, in the details, and you just need to be open wanting to see it and observe it.”
